What are your fees? 

Final package fees are determined by guest count and other factors.  I'll be able to provide you a proposal once we've had a consultation to review your details.

How do I secure your services?

A 25% booking fee and signed contract will be required to save a date.  

When is the final payment due?

Final payment will be due 8 weeks before event date.

Are you licensed and insured?

Occasions by Sandy is licensed and insured.  Should your venue require it, I can provide them with this information upon request. 

Do you coordinate Quinceaneras or other types of events?

Yes, absolutely! I’m fluent in Spanish, use it to your advantage.

Are you available for destination weddings?

Yes, I’m available for out of state destination weddings. 

Do you only do weddings in Loudoun County? 

I'm based out of Loudoun County but will travel for your event. Lodging fees will apply for venues outside a 60 mile radius of 20175.

Do you offer A La Carte services or rentals?

Yes, a la carte services are available, check out my services tab. I offer a variety of decor rentals available at additional cost. Set-up and breakdown of decor is also available.
